Steady Your Shot event is a gathering of present and future industry leaders, it is a summit designed to celebrate present industry leaders and a platfor to groom the next generation of industry leaders.

• Execute our “TEAM” strategy.... Training to become entrepreneurs, using the Apprenticeship-mentorship model to groom the next generation industry leaders.
• Building the stamina and staying power to take the hard knocks of entrepreneurship without giving up. Hence our worship motto- FCR ...Focus, Consistency and Result.
• Celebrate businesses and industry leaders in Imo State who have a proven record of growing their businesses from scratch for at least 10-15years. “THE INDUSTRY LEADER AWARD” This will be by nomination and a voting process in 10 categories- Photography, Journalism, Entertainment, Medicine, Engineering, Automobile(Mechanic), Academic, Hospitality, Transportation, Agro., Carpentry , Metal Fabricators.
• Host the First ever “Live Photo Contest in Nigeria”.
